For this client, I manage the social media and influencer collaborations, involving:

- Full management of the social media strategy across Instagram + TikTok with responsibility of growing the socials to increase brand awareness and conversions. In the past 3 months, conversions have gone up (resulting in a over 900% sales spike during Black Friday), the Instagram has grown by over 17% and the TikTok over 50%.
- Content creation for graphics, photos and video. This involved making ad creatives, organic UGC TikToks + IG reels, and researching + designing carousel infographics.
-Managing influencer collaborations. This involves liaising with creators + management to organise content collaborations across both Instagram and TikTok.
- Daily DM management + post engagement across socials.
- Launched the influencer seeding programme globally. Complied lists of 100s of influencers, coordinated outreach + mass shipment of products. Gained a response rate of over 40%.
